Hi All, Here are some of the works done over these few days. This is the effect of the skim coat plaster. Unfortunately my client did not really like this effect, thus we might be overlaying with craftstone bricks later on. Living area ceiling works.

For the entrance area, we have changed the brick wall to hollow block wall instead as it was not approve under HDB regulation. For the wall finishing we will be trying to do a thin plaster to retain the grout line pattern. Construction of the wall. Skim coat plastering. As the skim coat dries out, the grout will become more obvious and the wall colour will be in a lighter shade. Stay tune for more next week. Thanks for viewing.

Hi All, Happy Lunar new yr to all guest and members! After a long break, is time to share one of my upcoming project at Upper Serangoon View. Layout Plan Typical 4room layout with the need to include an altar cabinet in the living. Concept This time we will be using actual bricks and concrete looking laminate to create a more urban rustic feel for the house. Hi All, Just like to share with you all one my completed project at Casa Clementi. Here is the proposed layout. Due to some fengshui concern from my client, we actually change the location of the entrance for the kitchen and added in a sliding door. For the rest we keep quite simple as the items that stand out will be the furnitures itself. In the MBR we also hacked away the dividing wall to built in a wardrobe and maintaining a comfortable walkway. Concept Images Like I mentioned most of the design elements will come from the furnitures itself and the space will emphasis more on the materials and textures used.
