    Hi, I'm considering louver window for my living which faces the corridor. I know people think that its old fashion. But I like it because it give provides air circulation and a bit of privacy. Passer by cant look in when you open a little. Whereas sliding window, once open, passer by can look right in. Besides old fashion, is there any disadvantage of louver window?

    Currently, I am staying in 3I upgraded with utility room. I am buying a 3NG or 3A so that we can have 2 toilets. I need 3 rooms. But the budget is too tight for a 4rm HDB. So targeting 3NG or 3A with at least 74sqm, and constructing it into 3 room space. How much do I need to set aside for such renovation? Thanks!
