    Yes. It is really very true. This company only do one time business with you and disapear, No after sales service AT ALL. He sweet talk you a lot when he want the business from you. When there is issue with the door, he disappears. The guy has very bad attitude. Those thinking to do your bi-fold door. Better be careful.
