Hi, I'm a new EM owner. Signed HDB 1st appointment only last week. I was quoted by a contractor S$1,880 for painting job (whole unit inclusive of doors, frames & toilets). Is the price expensive or not ? Is there any recommendations for good & relaible painters ? Will highly appreciate for some advise and comments. THANKS.

I was quoted by Seng Kwong Furniture Co (at Defu Lane) S$4,200 for 24 feet top & bottom cabinets with Inotech Systems + solid top + 15 years warranty. Is it a good deal? Anyone care to share comment on Seng Kwong Kitchen Cabinets ....... Thanks.....

Dear All, I just bought a resale EM. Need advice whether there is a need to tear down the false ceiling & re-do wiring of last renovation about 12-13 years back. I have visited a few ID but they have different views. Some say more than 10 yeard, not safe must tear down & re-do wiring. 1 has said no worry no problem but to visit site.
