    hi val, think can't combine shipping for the clock liao

    seems that it's more expensive to buy more

    if get two clocks shipping will cost 35 pounds, but if only get one shipping is 15 pounds :bangwall:

    This, I'm not sure leh, Oreo did strike me as a silky terrier at first since there's one in my place now.

    My hubby say that silky terriers when they're young pups, outlook is a little ugly abit like the way oreo looked like when he was really small in taiwan. But they get cuter and better looking when they're bigger after that. Just asked my hubby about this. he say yorkie and silky terrier are almost the same.

    sob .. donut dun look like normal shin tzu .. oreo dun look like normal yorkie ..

    then what i having wor .. sob ...

    I dunno. Painting + sealent = $1900. Did a breakdown for kitchen n 2 bathrms coz those are the re-do areas. And i'm doing polishing of existing flooring. Only did tiling works for kitchen n 2 toilets.

    Kitchen - hacking + laying of tiles + cabinets + island = $10k+. :jawdrop: 39 ft. :wub::D I dun mind swopping kitchen w Apple liaoz, gg by the reno $ i'm gonna fork out.

    Common bathrm - $2300 excl fittings.

    MBR bathrm = $2450 excl bathrms n bathtub. :P

    I dunno why capentry in diff rms are in diff rates. Kitchen is $90 pfr, MBR is 190 pfr, study rm is $240pfr. Why huh? I can understand kitchen coz middle nothing. But MBR n study... :):dunno:

    Going thru another id on mon instead coz hubby said dowan rush here rush there. Then can compare the 3 diff companies quotations on an orange to orange basis. :(:yamseng:

    it was tiring to run here n there ...

    i been thru it myself .. thus end up gettin all the ID to come over to my place

    can measure n quote better ... maybe you can try this way ...

    So cute....I thk I'll jus hold Yuki in my arms & say hi, den bye.....

    Not really dog-lovers over on our both ends so better not let her loose 8| ...skali she pee somewer she shdnt, den become dogstew liao... :~

    well, my parents not too fond of dogs ... but donut win them over ..

    my father could even feed him whatever food or drink he had with him ...

    once i caught him feeding coffee to donut , i scream at both of them ... !! :rofl:

    my mum always takes good care of all my pets ...

    even last time when i had almost 100 hamsters ... ( breeding ), she made sure all of them were well fed

    she only dun dare to catch those notti ones escaped from the boxes ..

    thus donut and ben grow fatter within a week , i had to give warnings :P

    my old malay neighbour at my rental place has this breed and it's more than 10Kg .. very fat ...

    Dats wat I been trying to do for the last 2 days...but nw I CMI ored, she still so energetic 8|

    Everyday 10pm, u see me or BrownMse on our brown-color beanbag FLAT OUT, den she still happily chewing her sleeping bag... !!

    I oso scared she go out den destroy my in-laws or my mom's hme....den sure die man! :rofl::P

    hmm... must keep a look out for her pee poo poise wor ..

    whenever i bring my donut over to parents or in laws , i will be armed with newspapers and always

    on ready mode to slide myself over asap to catch the mess ...

    not sure if you would be as free as me ... i also have a water bottle for my boys.

    bring toys too ... so that yuki won't attack anything , like shoes or sofa etc ...

    the only time my boys created a mess elsewhere ,

    is at compassvale's house ... i let my guard down .. thus donut got to poo poo onto their bathmat

    while oreo pee at fifi's pee pee area .. poor fifi whole night scolding both of them .. 8|8|

    cos i work retail hours.. tat's y i only hav access at night to net.. and i must finish dripping my cat before do my own stuffs.. of cos must do some housework too..

    good news.. didi next visit to vet will b one month later.. cos he put on 0.5kg and red blood cells and white blood cells getting better..

    but this few days cold weather, he's nose get bad a little too..

    and be as fat as b4 ... aka sheepcat no2. !!

    the transparent thing is an acrylic panel

    my cousin did one for her 3ft gate and cost her $80 including installatin

    she got it coz one day a rat decided to pay a visit to her 3rd flr flat :P !!

    believe yuki will be too big to squeeze out once she reaches her adult size

    then you can remove the mesh liao

    my neighbour's JRT also can't squeeze out liao :(

    me using the mesh too .. oreo esp loves to go out to kpo and dash into my neighbour's

    house or poo poo outside by the stairs ..(somehow was trained by his breeder at taipei ... )

    the mesh currently so far so good, can keep both donut n oreo inhouse ... but i din do a good job of fix

    sayang her while she is resting on her own mat ...

    if not, soon u will have problems like mine ...

    donut auto pee n poo poo onto the carpet every day regardless

    how many times kena beaten up ...

    knowing very well that ran loves the carpet ...

    in the end i had to keep the carpet away

    thou both ran n donut being upset with me ...

    now without it , he auto goes to his peepan .. but oreo does his biz everywhere ...

    one problem solved , kena another one ... tsk tsk ...

    Now she pee & poo in both correct & wrong place :~ ...I oso dunno to praise or scold her...*headache*. Now I keep scolding her n smacking her cuz of the wrong, think she don dare to do business soon liao... 8|

    And the smacking is losing effect, her skin growing thicker & she nt scared anymre...grr....

    Xlan, Im starting to thk corgis r as notti as JRT liao :P ...they jus wanna play whole day....She see got ppl in the hse, she will wan to come out to play & skip dinner wan.... :~:~ But at least, we managed to teach her to respond to her name nw, tried this "duckmeat" version of dogsnack. And my fren is gona make sme dried chicken snacks for her using the food dehydrator, mabbe she'll like it mre, dat picky gal... :P

    Erm, how could living rm have water? You dun use water and pour it in the living rm right? Then yr wood furniture how? 8|

    That's why on fsm, the fsm told my friend (recommended by him) tt he's not so keen to take up lor. Coz he knows its a bad yr and i suppose he also paiseh lor. If move in part we can kiv till 2009 but if reno also ganna no-no, then cant be we let hse stays at it is (unrenovated) till 2009 mah. According to fsm, 2009 i ganna tai shui but its not so impt as hubby is considered the head of the hse. Our original plan was to settle customary in 2009 as we will need to save up (read: lots of relatives).

    I guess we could either skip the fs part for the hse. I mean, it's either that or we do it in 2009. :dunno: Coz no point if follow 1/2 way. I had not asked abt the not-so-gd mths. Is there such a thing?

    Sorry, Val.. i skipped yr post...

    I dunno abt the going round part... heart still pretty heavy after hearing it... esp when my migraine chose me again...

    I suppose i will ask abt the going around part, or the not so bad mths. Failing which, no choice but to skip fs.

    My friend sugg we take a 2nd opinion, but we think perhaps no need. Coz we agar agar know my hubby this yr very bad yr for him.

    hmm.. me dun have well knowlegde abt FSM as ran dislikes it .. me no choice to give up the idea all together ...

    for your case , get 2nd opinion anot is up to you lor .. see if you pantang anot .. yesh there are not so gd mths within the whole yr ..

    if not, be like me lor .. overseee everything yourself for the reno .. while your hubby handles all the payments etc .. :dunno:

    Btw I just looked hard at donut's pic and realise hor, donut's nose is not so flat as most shih tzus have I wonder why?

    not sure if donut is cross breeded anot .. coz was given by my hubby's friend ... he n his family had a shin tzu and soon afraid that he would be lonely while everyone at work , thus got donut from the same pet farm ... but donut fought with the older one during the 1st 2 days.. no choice but to give him to us ... just right timing as ran always wanted to have shin tzu.

    the name donut came to our mind while we eating donuts ... :dunno:

    while oreo is named by my best gf , coz of his fur colurs ... chocolate with black :P

    until nowadays i find it amusing.. lol...
