    My BTO is due next year and I'm planning to start looking around for ID/contractors. I have about 80% of the design in mind already, so not sure whether to go for ID or contractors. Suggestions? And does anyone have any good (and patient) contractors to recommend? I do need one that can do some basic design or suggestions (for the remaining 20%) and the 3D colored drawing for us to visualize. He also needs to help me coordinate with other works, like aircon and flooring. Thanks!
