  1. Hi, Anyone knows of any companies providing window solar films + installation? I'm only interested in doing my kitchen windows and wish to block out as much sunlight and heat as possible. I checked with a company, and they said just doing the kitchen windows would be very expensive. Thank you.
  2. Hi, I have a question regarding the utilities account when I move house. In 2 weeks, I'll be taking over the resale flat I bought. Should I request that the sellers do a utilities account transfer (water, electricity and gas) to me instead of terminating the account, so as to minimize disruption to the utilities services? Would I have to open a utilities account with SP prior to this? If so, can this be done online? Thank you.

  5. Hi all, I have taken an OCBC loan for my 5-room HDB flat, and I intend to move soon. My preference is to purchase another resale HDB first before I sell my current flat, which means I have to take up another bank loan (I'm not eligible for HDB loan) for the new flat before I put my current flat on sale. My question is, will my maximum loan limit be lowered because technically I already have a bank loan, even though I will definitely repay it fully once my current flat is sold within 6 months? If this is the case, what is my maximum loan limit? Thank you.
