Hi guys, I have been staying in this condo for 3 years and was informed last week by the mcst that the unit below is experiencing leakage from their ceiling and they brought a contractor to view my toilet and suggested us to hack and redo the existing waterproofing. The problem is my toilet is still in very nice and good condition and it will be a waste to hack the tiles. Any suggestion on what should i do and any contacts for waterproofing contractor? Thanks.
