I am not renovating the whole house. I am only removing my old kitchen cabinet and installing new cabinets.

I was quoted $800 for the removal of my 4 m long kitchen cabinet, includes patching of holes in the wall tiles. Is this reasonable ? I feel that it is too expensive.

I am looking for kitchen tables with with stainless steel tops, and also stainless steel legs. I know Ikea has a range, but I am not sure whether their quality is good ?

I am thinking of constructing a small wall partition in my kitchen. About 1.2 m tall, 1 m wide only, fully tiled. Will the tilers be able to do it ? Anyone know whether I need to apply to HDB for approval ?
