Hi All, I am sharing my bad experience and others who might have been affected by this errant renovation company. Dont fall prey as they will crush your dream home on top or the reno loan you need to pay. -They do not have any qualified designers but lift off designs from Facebook or google and claim as theirs. - Will force you for 100% payment and sweet talk. (I paid 95%) - Will tell you all kind of reasons till even grandma and grandpa died but no work done. (They reno my 4 rm hdb for 3 months and still have undone things) - Call contractors from newspaper/stickers/flyers on the spot to come and start work. - My friend was cheated of %80 payment and still nothing done past 2 months.
