    Hi, did anyone bought properties in Batam. I recently went to Batam Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal and saw many freehold condominiums there. Heard its freehold, and Marriott Hotel is building within that area. I was thinking could be a good alternative compare to JB. Its safer, and 40 minutes away via Horizon Ferry. Anyone know hows the pricing compare to JB?
