Hi, I am thinking to engage G plan; i really liked the ID as he seem to be trustworthy and Honest when we converse with him. When we site visit one of his house that is done by him; we felt the carpentry was not to the best. i.e. alignment of casement door was slightly out. and the silicon on the joint seem to have came off a little. ( the house might have been just done 3 months ago?) Based on your experience; do you think we should continue to engage him? Any reviews on Gplan? Appreciate any kind feedbacks. Rdgs.
