    Hi, I am going to get my key for my house next month (End November). The house is move-in condition with some minor renovation/touch up required as below: 1. Painting - 50% of the wall. (Some wall have wallpaper in good condition which do not require painting). 2. Relaminate wardrobe and shoe rack. 3. Build in wardrobe for one common room. 4. Change kitchen floor tile. 5. Move one of the aircon in living room to common room and connect to compressor. (Currently common room aircon is disconnected to compressor). 6. Install new door to one common room. 7. Install power point and fan to one common room Some noob question as below: 1. Can engage multiple Contractor/ID to visit the unit to provide quotation for comparison without charges? 2. ID will incurred additional cost as compared to contractor? Please PM me ID/Contractor contact. Thanks.
