Hi, Have you found your preferred ID yet? Actually, from what i know and experienced, and from a few of my friends' reviews, HDB approved contractors or not, doesnt make a difference. There are alot of HDB approved contractors that actually gave poorer quality and service. Its just a list of contractors that HDB knows of. In fact some IDs who are not in HDB list provides better work than those in the list. Cheers. Hope that clears your alarm bells. lol.

Hi all, I am writing this review on the experience i had with J House Interior Studio. My ID was Johnson. Basically, I would say that Johnson is really a very patient ID. Through out the whole reno process, my husband and i couldnt make up our minds about alot of things, and keep changing quite a few things through the reno. Till the point that i feel so bad towards Johnson. Surprisingly, he was really patient. And did all he could to adhere to our changes, and at the same time giving lots of advice on the possibilities. We are very impressed. Quality of the workmanship was also very good. When hiccups occurred, Johnson and his guys were always able to solve it asap. Good Job J House! Keep it up! Hope you will go far and beyond!
