Hi, I have been facing this trouble like in whenever I feel frozen due to the cold I go for a bath with the heater switched on but then the water still remains cold. I am sure that there is some sort of issue with the radiator of the heater. I do not know how much will it cost to repair or replace it. I have talked with a professional in town http://www.brothersplumbing.ca/ who can help me out. Would like to know if they are the right ones for this issue...Thanks in advance
