  1. Hi, We are new flat owners (bto) and apparently there are water leakage in most parts of our unit. We first reported water leakage in the bomb shelter and also the master bedroom toilet when we first visited our unit 2 months ago. Bsc said that they have fixed them. 2 weeks ago, the walls in our unit started to seep out water! Renovation and all construction works has been halted since then. The attached first picture was taken today where no works has been carried out for a week! The other listed defects area. 1.Water seepage on the wall around and in the DB box 2.Water seepage on the wall in the household shelter 3.Water seepage on the wall between the kitchen and enterance/living room 4.Water seepage on the wall between the household shelter and living room 5.Water seepage on the wall between the kitchen and dining area 6.Water seepage in the kitchen near the service yard (the side nearer to dining area) 7.Water seepage on the wall between the dining area and the common toilet 8.Water seepage on the wall between the common toilet and master bedrrom 9.Water seepage on the wall between the master bedrrom and the master bedroom toilet 10.Water ponding found in the aircon ledge area with algae growing and rusty railing 11.Water ponding found in the common toilet 12.Water seepage found next to the main entrance 13.Water seepage found around the water meter area 14 Water seepage found in between the BLK70A and 70B joint, with mold growing in the fire hydrant in the corridor 14.Water seepage found on the wall between the kitchen and the corridor Attached are more photos for your reference. This has been reported to the Bsc 2 weeks back but still they are not able to find the root cause for these water seepage. Hdb is in the loop too. Bsc originally suspected it was the contractor who damaged the water pipe during the laying of tiles but they checked the pipes and they are okay. Can anyone advise on this or any next steps please? Thanks!
