    I got my keys and looking for ID now. End of the day do you sign up with design 4 space? If yes, how is your experience with them?

      Hi Claire,

       

      In the end i did not sign up with Design 4 Space, i went for a contractor instead. Reason being that i already have a rough design in mind and even i go to ID they will just follow my design, not much value add. In addition, going to a good and reliable contractor will probably save you about 20% to 30% of the overall cost. ID will have quite a number of hidden fee which i heard from lots of other ppl. i had save more than 10k by just going to contractor.  ID quoted me about 45K but my contractor quoted me about 33K for exactly the same thing. But of course, if you would like to have some kind of theme in your home and no ideas how to go about you may want to opt for ID but if you already have ideas in mind, you may just go for contractor.
