Not only wine will have this issue in fact any liquid that falls on marble it will tend to stain it, this is one of the bad feature of marble flooring

You can polish your marble tiles by using something called HCL89.

What it does is that it removes any stains as well as polishes your marble tiles. It also helps to create a protection for it so that your marble tiles always remains new.

No its not a natural pattern, its either ingrained dirt or it was etched by some sort of acid
You can use something called HCL89 to remove the ingrained dirt or the etch on the stone

It also protects the stone so that the stone is always kept new like

By sealing it i assume you mean to protect it?
You can maintain/recondition your granite tiles by using something called HCL89
What it does is that it cleans and reconditions your granite tiles and also helps to create a protection for it so that it always remains new.
