Hi ,just want to share my good experience from engaging this ID, was introduced to ID Kevin Chua through a friend whose house was also renovated by him.
Like everyone else, we have compared a few design companies, 6 for us, just abit kiasu hahaha.
Kevin's price wasn't the cheapest we have got, but eventually we engaged him as we can see he tried to bring down his price quite a lot for us and we have seen some of his projects on site as well as his portfolio and we really liked the way he represented himself and the knowledge he had . ( Don't be fooled by his looks, he looks very young but he is in fact he have been in this industry for 10 years already )
So, anyway even after we signed the contract he is still very responsive towards our text and enquiries, and we always see him on site to make sure our renovation works go smoothly. He will also update us on the progress as well as some hiccups or problems onsite he would already have ideas and suggestions for us to make decisions easily.
We just had our renovations completed last week and we are really happy to see the final outcome and I hope we can help him by writing a good review for him here.
