I have recently made my most regretable purchase at Orange Furniture Pte Ltd. Address of the company is as follows: The Orange Furniture Pte Ltd 200 Bedok South Ave 1 Singapore 469331 Contact Number: 6242 2545 Sales Person: Ricky They have the worst service I ever encountered! Not only are the designs of furnishings limited, the attitude of the Sales people as well as the Delivery people just drive any consumer crazy. They have the most unfriendly attitude in any retail line! My own encounter was like this. I called at about 5.45pm on 13/11/07 to CLARIFY a delivery to a purchase which I made a few weeks ago. This guy picked up the phone with a very nasty attitude. I asked when was my delivery scheduled and all he replied was "Your delivery is not scheduled for tomorrow." Naturally I asked "So when is my delivery scheduled?" and all he could say in a very rude tone "I am not the sales person!" At first I thought he didnt understand my initial question, so I repeated my question patiently. Immediately he snapped at me with the same reply "I am not the sales person!" With that I got irritated and asked for his name. As expected a coward like him, he refused to give his name. I told him he was rude and he snapped at me immediately "you are also very rude!" WOW! This is the first time some retailer actually told me off like this. I mean it's a fact that he is really rude and he dare to tell me off saying that I am very rude too! Oh gosh! This conversation with such an un-mannered man has already spoilt my evening. From my point of view, please avoid visiting the above mentioned company to avoid the unpleasant experience I unfortunately had. Comments please.. is it just my luck that I met such the sickening side of the company or did anyone else had the same experience?
