yes....my previous home we engaged classic kitchen specialist and we used the integrated sink...it was easy to maintain... my new place i wanted to use the integrated sink but my id only has the small integrated 40cm sink...so it is too small and i decided to do away with it.....

no need to ask roy along to shop lah....just give him a call at the shop if u need further clarification.... he is a busy man now lor, with babytan, redknapped, virgo2829 calling him and bugging him....luckily kittygal not in town

Thanks......the kitchen is still in a big mess! as per id, the carpentary work is starting tomorrow, therefore, tonite, me and hubby need to go up and check on the tiles; irregardless if they have done the first round of washing..... it is a fire rated door and with the special stainless strips and door handle, it is expensive....can dun state the price?

all lightings are up except the common toilet and 2 ceiling fans for the bedrooms... they are doing the 1st round of wash up today and carpentary work will be starting this Wednesday....Overall, happy with the reno works except some minor issues which ID was kind enough to rectify asap.... i think teka's stuff are more expensive....we shortlisted earlier and it almost came up to $2k for both items...

To be on the practical side, i would rather have a bigger fridge and let the kitchen looks cramp.... i know of some families ended up with 2 fridge as they do not have enough space to store and they will have to pay double for the power bill.... think twice....

right choice to choose black grouting...... now it seems that everybody is going for black toilets......

A quick update without pictures.... All tiling work, air-con cabling, piping, plumbing, first round of painting....yesterday they have started to fix up the lightings but am not sure if they have completed.... now just patiently waiting for the carpentary work to be up......

mine is the 2nd block away from the highway....as the first block is a 4 storey EM block....so it is still bearable...we bought it cos it is very windy....and not many units we have viewed earlier are on high floor...

i paid $60k cov for mine....cos of the high floor and it is windy (facing highway)
