Urban apartment, small and need storage solutions. Reliable ideas and solutions welcome. No wisecracks pls. Also a few basic repair recommendations appreciated
1) Shelves for towels/ bedding etc - any ideas on where to find planks and decorative brackets.
2) Large Wall Mirror, - where to find a reasonable selection online. So far, found the acrylic sticker kind for teenage rooms only.
3) Fix Wall Crack and leak : got a contact that cheap and reliable. First quote was at $800 and that's ridiculous and without warranty! Am told it should be about S$300-450 with 2 year warranty. Any leads?
4) Handyman for cheap but serious about his or her craft.
5) Removal: some doors and a large clothes rack (showroom style)
6) Floor polisher, scratches and colours gone off in some places, parquet. Also to replace skirting board in some areas.
7) Bath-tub, where to find those with legs, not the sunken kind. Where to find, how much and how much of hacking required?
