I need to get a loan to renovate my home. I tried to get one, but they rejected my application as my credit score is too less. Some of my friends told me that consulting some mortgage brokers like Northwood Mortgage (http://www.northwoodmortgage.com) would be helpful in such situations. What do you think? Is it possible to get a mortgage with this low credit score? Please share your opinion here. Thank you
