Maybe the officers mostly on leave lor that's why now process slower. Actually come to think of it hor, i think collect keys after new year better leh.. then we get to earn more cpf interests.

wah chim lehhh.. i dunno what can cause sha qi what can rid of it one. but if your bedroom window face carpark directly, better have some sound proof thing. cos where i'm staying currently , my bro's room also faces carpark and sometimes in the morning quite noisy when ppl start engine wor. your FS master nv advise you what to do for reno? how come must revise again one. i think because of our area the blocks are very near each other, sun can only shine till mostly half the living room only so gererally most of the units will be dark. Just wondering if you all know of any good eating places near our new place? I just went to the sports complex nihon muhra yesterday to have lunch and the food was good. I saw a kopitiam at the multi storey carpark near pioneer mrt too but haven't try before.

I think maybe u just call up and ask lor. not sure if you had provided them your past 3 months pay slips or past cpf contributions history before your break. i dun think 3 weeks should affect that much leh. i think they will deduct all your combined available cpf savings after the 10% downpayment before deciding on the final loan amount that you are granted to.
