    I wanted to ask if Highest floor units makes a big difference in noise level in HDB, EM ? Trying to not have kids running above dropping toys constantly and therefore I thought maybe highest floor help. Can anyone pls share your experience? Is there other considerations staying at the highest floor like will any water pump on the ceiling make noise, leak etc? thx alot! Wee

    hi everyone, does anyone have experience and can share with 3M water filter? They seem to be good and expensive, but I wanted to first check if anyone have seen the true good and bads of these products before I decide on my water filter for my new HDB This is the 3M DWS2500 that is NSF certified, and can be found cheaper than the list price.
