Hi, I am not sure of right terms to use here but I am basically looking to put down concrete over my backyard garden and lay tiles over it. I can roughly gauge the cost of suitable outdoor tiles and cost of labour, but I am unable to get a sense of the cost of how much (per sq ft) , it could cost to concrete over the garden. Would be grateful if someone in this forum can advise ? Thanks .

I am very new at this so this could be a silly question to ask. If I plan to renovate an original condition 2-storey inter-terrace and change the roof but don't want to add an extra floor or attic - do I still need an architect? I do plan to raise the roof a little higher. I would also want to create a small patio area beside the driveway and add a roof there. Thanks.
