  1. Oh my! This topic is becoming way out of hands. I really hope that Renotalk will do something about this thread as i refer back to the terms and conditions about slandering and personal attack. Its very unhealthy. Any party unhappy with the company please go back to the company and settle your feud amicably. And renotalk being a reputable forum to please anticipate this thread before any further damages is done.
  2. Hi there. Its been awhile and it seems thats its more of self dissatisfaction over the company. Not all companies are a bed of roses. My own superior used a high profile company. Expensive yet still renovation took nearly 8 months to be fully done with touch ups for Executive Apartment. However my superior did not make a big hassle as they didnt want to jeopardize quality and workmanship. Same with me too. Also my camp buddy. Also i think other owners too. And this Blk 805 Keat Hong, i think me and my wife too went up to see the house. 5 room BTO open concept with kitchen walls all hacked down, platform with center cabinet. Nice house and works. I agree with the other owners. It depends on the demands and attitude from them towards the company. So far my approach with the company is good. All issues are settled amicably. I ever saw a malay owner called and shouted at my ID Jordan as he didnt pick up his calls as he was busy with me and the electrician. Jordan was angry too as he talked nicely to the owner saying that he is in appointment and will call back later. The malay owner shouted loudly on the phone till all of us can heard him clearly saying that he do not care. As a paying customer he expects the sales to pick up his every single phonecalls. I asked Jordan what happened. He showed me pics of the house. 90% done. Only left quartz measurements and the quartz people is late. The owner cannot wait. Thats why its all depends on expectations. We also have to understand. They are very busy. But thankfully they still takes on our project and i really saves the reno costs to buy my other furnitures. I dont think they are fraud as the keeps on delivering their works, very active on FB and they are still contactable. Maybe the approach and expectations of certain owners cannot match them. My advice, if you are in a hurry, u have to take a more expensive firm and from there you can press them as you pay the premium price. If u are expecting helps, low price, cant afford to buy air con. Needs Free air con and other things from them, my advice please do not take them. U will then on purpose ruin their ricebowl if they cant meet ur expectations and requests. Just my 2 cents. Thanks.

  5. Good day to all. It seems that this topic is getting on heat. As a customer before with Carpentry Design. As an educated adults, what i can comments is as long as the company is active in their ongoing projects, they deliver the works accordingly to the contracts signed (not VO items demanded by owners but refused to pay) i agree with the other comments. It depends on each owners. Not all thinks the same. For me and my NS buddy that took them, we have no comments. Like i mentioned before. Their quality and workmanship especially their wardrobes are the best. To be very honest, i signed with them even i saw this post before. But it didnt change my mind. Firstly, Forums may not be 100% true. Some may be demanding owners. Some maybe competitors. I trust on what i see from my buddy house and i do not regret. To have my house nearly 3 months ready by them, i do not have any issues as i agree, the wait is worth and saves me about 5k that i used it to purchase my other accessories. They never cheat in a way of not delivering by taking money and run. They are still active. From small showroom, now open a bigger branch. I think its an achievement. To those who intends to sign them up, maybe u can ask them to see their project sites. A handover one of cos and u may see the owners too. Assumption is the biggest disaster. Social media is good. But can also be bad. But it seems over here, it seems not satisfied for all good remarks. It seems that good remarks are ignored but waiting for bad remarks or allegations to come. I pity one of my friend. Signed her renovation works in Expo. Total is near 7 months with only tiling, electrical and false ceiling done. The rest nothing. But i didnt see any forum about them. But like i tell my wife, the more popular the company is, the more controversy is created. Can be from competitor. Can be enemy or can be people just not happy. To be conclude, my feedbacks is, i am happy with their services, wormanship and quality. They did delay my house for about 1 month due to peak period but what the heck!!! My house was still handover to me and i saves money. The delay of 1 month didnt pinch me abit.
  6. Oh yah...Potential Client may look for my ID Jordan Lim or Eric Teo if you're keen. Happy Enquiring Guyz !
  7. My 5 Room Resale house was fully renovated by Carpentry Design just a month ago. Recommended my army reservists buddy, Darren for his 4 rm Premium BTO unit as well. (Went for his house warming recently) Fact we've made comparison of the final output of their Carpentry quality with mine. Flawless (i should comment)...with exact materials that stated in our contract as 70% of Darren house was Carpentry installation. In addition of his Free System 3 Mitsubishi A/C. All other free gifts was delivered and transparent. Hence the term FRAUD i found it ABSURB. All the things and works was delivered according to my contract. My ID was Jordan Lim. Me and my wife is very happy with the final output. Especially their carpentry. The materials that they used is very solid plywood with BLUM hinges and drawers and the internal cabinet is coloured laminate without additional cost. The affordable reno costs that we paid are totally worth it. There are still touch ups here and there but all this are minor things which can be rectified. My house was designed by Lyne with a touch of her elegant designs and she is very open with ideas. Thus, Like any other IDs in SG.....slight hiccups are inevitable. Its how each and individual home owners took it. And knowing them, they handle lots of projects hence maybe production is very tight especially peak period from December holidays to Chinese New Year. Well i got no further comments. To all home owners, Good Luck! If you found someone that you trust and comfortable in communicating, go ahead. I found mine and i am one satisfied customer.
