My apologies for my delay in replying to forummers who pm me for contact details. Here are the completed pics. Overall: v satisfied with good workmanship. And most importantly, price is the most reasonable among the various quotes I received. No hidden cost or dispute of any kind.

i waited this long to reply to forumers for recommendation just to be sure that my contractor is genuinely good with no hidden cost or gimmicks. My work is about done. Tiling work excellent. No gimmicks. Saved about $20K in total. Here r the new pics.

Tinmar: I was offered stainless steel piping at the same price. I decided on copper bec these pipes are concealed. kangaroo168: it is a resale. I have written in personally to HDB to obtain approval for some non standard toilet features.

I have found a small company with their own workers. Much more affordable rates than previous ID I have seen. Reno in progress now and the contractor kept me up to date with the progress. Responsible guy. Will post finished product once reno is completed.
