Hi can anyone advise. I am interested in this place at Queenstown (those 2 storey terrace by HdB) and because here is no recent transaction for me to gauge.
I am afraid that the price offered by the owner is way above the valuation and I might have to fork out a lot of cash. And now new procedure is valuation only be out after we offer The owner.
Anyone got suggestion or is it possible to tell owner like if valuation is above their offer price than I will take their offer price. But if below their valuation maybe will like valuation + 15K.
