Hi All, Need a contractor who is able to do the following for a small one bedder condo 570sqft: - Painting of living room, room, bomb shelter and toilet ceiling (removal of TV wall mount nails) - repairing of damaged skirting (or repainting it brown) to restore to original condition - Restoring of door frames (2 doors made of verneer wood) to original condition (very deep scratches) or alternatively patch it, smooth it and paste Formica over. - polishing of marble floor living room and parapet 1 bedroom (already got a quote with Mr wood varnish unless the price is lower) Main concern will be door frames and skirting and if anyone can intro someone who is able to do these. Was quoted by one contractor 2k to paint, almost 3k to polish the marble and parapet which I can get for 1/3 of the price and I told them to fly kite. Thanks for reading. Kelvin
