I was introduced to Alvin by my colleague who told me that Alvin will be able to meet my reno needs (i.e competitive reno cost and scandinavian design) after meeting up with 4-5 IDs who quoted me exorbitant price for my reno. My fiance designed the house and Alvin would give us constructive advice since we have no idea about most of the reno stuff. We were very impressed with the workmanship produced and Alvin's generosity throughout the renovation process. Alvin has an eye for detail. For example, we didnt intend to make our bomb shelter vent look nicer as we thought it's an extra cost involved..but alvin helped us to change the vent design just so that it fits the overall design at no cost! Despite some minor glitch...Alvin would solve the problem very quickly..Alvin and his team of workers are very reliable and committed. A highly recommended contractor.
