    Hi Countryliving, Wow ! EM with original condition also have to pay $60k of COV. Which area you bought ? Hougang or other area ? I hope all the buyers can stop to pay high COV to cool down the market. But, this is impossible. It seem like a lot of peoples are rich to pay high COV for their dream house. This is the reason why so many sellers are testing the market.

    You are so lucky. Normally owner will set the asking price to valuation + COV. You are lucky. The owner must be didn't engage an agent to sale the flat. Which area and what is the flat type you bought ?
