We are writing a very positive feedback for Ken due to the great work that he has done for our home renovation which completed in Feb 2017. This feedback is long overdue, partly due to our busy work schedule. However, more importantly this is a great testament to our satisfaction & appreciation to Ken's work having writing this feedback only after more than 6 months that the project is completed.
We would highly recommend Ken for the following:
1. Satisfaction guaranteed - numerous feedback on defects or changes to design were provide during the renovation & Ken always works through the kinks & addresses each concerns to our satisfaction.
2. Everything is clearly listed with a price tag (e.g. down to the cost of moving an electric socket) - this made it easy for us to include or exclude based on our budget. Clarity in cost is very positive for us but for some it can be negative at times. As most of the time any changes would include a cost whereby other design firm may have build the additional charges into the original quote & "absorb" some of the cost of changes.
3. Tries his best to work around constraints - we were renovating our unit while still have lots of items stored in our place. Ken has to move the furniture & boxes numerous times to complete the renovation works. That lots of trouble for his work but helps us avoid the cost external storage.
We really like working with Ken & in our next renovation project we will definitely use him again. Hopefully by then he would forgive our pickiness & create our next beautiful home with us again.
