I change all the floor tiles in the living room All the handles changes as they are rusty The spoilt parquet changes Window panes changes for one piece Chip/dirty toilet tiles changes . Shower tap changes as hdb contractor broke something inside ( not sure what ) by accident so he just replace a new one for me. You quite lucky he offer to change all the floor tiles for you . Just report all the things you find defects so that they can do at one go . And keep a close status at the work. You can go thru all the thread to see all the problems we faced .

Prefer Sat night ...So that sunday can sleep . MSN or sms me if confirm

I will suggest you complain to their top mangement . Tell them how bad the quality etc . Write email and CC to everyone . It is absurb that the contractors still had not buck up . I really hate the people talking loudly at the void deck . So loud that you can know what they are gossiping about . There was once i am so frustrated that I scream "TIAM" lah . But no use wor , they are so deep into gossiping and become louder. Sigh...... Why so many inconsiderate people wor .

I think individual is better as more cost saving . No need to boil 13L or 30L of water at one go to take a bath .
