Hi. I have recently moved in to a resale flat with homogeneous tiles (marble-like) flooring for the living room. There are a few tiles that have the defects shown in the photos attached. The tiles seemed to be lightly chipped off on the superficial surface and do not look smooth and even under certain angles with bright lightings. I am not sure what is the cause of the defect and wonder if anyone can advise on how to solve this problem. Should i try seeking for polishing service?
