  1. Hi everyone, I'm gonna start my renovation for my EM (Executive Mansionette) in March 18. Anyone has good and reliable contractors to recommend? We are thinking of getting one main contractor to settle the following: 1) Removing and Laying of Floor Tiles in Kitchen, Balcony, Stairs, Master and Toilet, Upstairs Room and Toilet, and 3rd room, and common corridor upstairs (But we will purchase tiles from Soon Bee Huat perhaps) 2) Removing and Laying of Wall Tiles in Kitchen and 2 toilets 3) Removing of Wall Tiles at Balcony - To lay with Outdoor Wooden Decking 4) Painting 5) Electrical 6) Plumbing 7) Carpentry (Built in Cabinet in Kitchen, Entrance, Sattee with Storage at Dining area, storage below stairs to change opening and replace door, study table cum display storage behind living room sofa and tv storage and display cabinet **** room, walk in wardrobe in master bedroom, built in vanity cupboard for all 3 toilets) 8) Reinstate the 4th room downstairs with a wall 9) Kitchen to separate into dry kitchen, wet kitchen and laundry area 10) Kitchen to have a bar counter with glass window opening * For windows and doors installation, will it be cheaper if i go direct to those windows and doors specialist and get them to install for us? Should the sequence be last? Or i should get contractor to do it for us? Because i heard that it will require drilling so if painting was done prior we will have to repaint of something? We got a tight budget and gotta complete this project in 3 months.. Will appreciate if anyone can share your contractor contacts, reliable and timely! Thanks much! Michelle
