Amahs On Wheels charges me $560 on spring cleaning 4 Rm HDB, a team of cleaners came & after they left: 1) Fan broke (cannot tilt up or down, the plastic inside broke causing noise when you on the fan now), 2) Toilet door knob spoil - the wood inside broke, so the nail came off 3) Newly painted house less than 1 week, after they left, one of the room door paint came off, looks like somebody knock into the door when they moving equipment 4) Toilet steel hanger broke into 2, their supervisor gave the broken piece 5) Aircon was open . They claim they did not ON, just wipe, somehow 2 of the aircon compartment was open when I return home 6) the washing machine water pipe was on the floor when I went home. When i put it back, attempt to use the machine, water burst from the source. I can understand as the boss, sometimes you are helpless about the staff u employ. The worst is the attitude of the boss. She refuse to admit, refuse to take any responsibility, insist she is there to listen. N you bet she talks ALOT ALOT but no action. Say must meet must talk. I told her, I spent $ engage their service so to save time n return to clean home. Result is, I wasted MORE $$ , wasted ALOT of time finding my own handyman to repair what Amahs on Wheels spoil & wasted ALOT of time talking and texting the boss.
