  1. Hi All, I've recently went to the home and ID expo and engaged an ID company to provide me the 3D designs for my new unit. I have paid $1000 non-refundable amount for the design fee. The return deliverable is only 5 3D impressions in JPEG format with no measurement. Is it a norm practise for such standards of work? I also experienced a hard time to follow up with the ID sales consultant as that person promised us on the day that we paid the fee, we would get the designs in 2 weeks but only when we asked about the status after the first 2 weeks, then that person asked us to confirm our 2D designs. The 2D designs were also not what we communicated to that person as well. I am contemplating to log the case in CaseTrust but was thinking if I should highlight to the ID company first after all it might just be that specific sales consultant whose behaviour was like that. Any advise for me?
