    wow..it has been nearly many months since i was here...

    saw some of you changed your tap also?

    My mbr tap spoilt after 6months moved in. Cant turn off at all. Called town council to ask people come down to repair. Took them 1 week and no response. Ended up i need to call plumber myself and get it changed.

    I think a few months ago in our newsletter, somebody commented all positive news about our neighbourhood town council service...

    i was..."$#$%%$"....they all report all good news. Didnt report these poor service

    btw..anyone knows what happened to 26D today ah? Storey 9th, someone throw alot of electrical appliances down right? heard that he even threw a dog out..is that true..?

    a lot of things were thrown... dunno what are they b'cos police cordoned off the area already

    a lot of drama leh... firemen had to climb down from 10th floor to reach the 9th floor unit

    Sighzz, took leave today and found out that my next door corridor granny neighbour actually hangs her granny undies at the corridor! Not only that, she got habit to wash the corridor with water and sweep the water and the dirt towards my door coz the drainage hole is near my door. She dont even bother to pick away her old dirt eg incense sticks and her plant leaves!

    I wonder if that's the reason why the previous owner decide to move away and sold us the unit way below valuation. :(

    Yup, the barking came back again this morning at 7am when i leaving for work.

    The dog seem to come from blk 26D. I think i must do some investigation and report to SPCA to help this poor dogs..

    Pls let me know if happened to find out the barking is from which unit.

    it must be a young puppy getting used to the surroundings, but even on weekends, the owner does not seem bothered to shut it up. once, i think the owner was abusing the dog and i had to shout "oie" before the abusing stopped...

    i think it is a case of neglect, which is sad... i feel like calling SPCA too... ask them to camp around @ 7am and settle the issue once and for all...

    but if we call them and there is no barking, we're wasting their time, isn't it?

    hi guys, surf & happy to found this thread. got a unit at 25B, still doin reno! no space for dinning table, any suggestion? initally i wanted a pull out table but it cost 400-500. told my contractor honestly might as well get a dinning table ! :bangwall: ours is a 4-room. goin ikea later - shoppin !

    y no space? I can put a 2m 3-seater sofa, and still have at least 2m of space for a dining table... unless u want those grand tables :)

    during reno, it looks small... but after that, it'll look a lot more spacious unless u do a lot of carpentry all over the house

    Hi all,

    For me, I turn on air-con at night so no noise :P

    Btw the rooftop garden seems to take quite long to complete? Think I have already moved in close to 6 mths.. still not ready yet :o

    The food are generally ok.. nothing special.. but ok :)

    The tze char, feel that they can cook certain food better.. but edible :P

    Btw the Ipoh Hor Fun store closed liao? Replaced with another stall?
