Hi. I just signed an OTP for a 5 years old resale flat (5 Room) in SK. As the condition of the house is quite Rabak. I need to do a total hacking of their existing carpentry works and redo the whole toilet. Not looking for ID but looking for different service provider and do all the coordination by myself. Please advice on the procedure and and Carpenter, Pumper, Hacker, Painter, Ceiling abd Floor work recommendation. Thanks in advanced.
