Thanks.. Planning to tear and rebuilt but not the full area ( wanna ot keep the small garden and garage).. wonder what will be cost for do tear down adn built up from a app 2200 sq ft land (and the for garage and garden).

Hi there Planning to reconstruct single story Inter Terrence (3000 sq land) to 2.5 story.. anyone can advise estimate cost ? Understand it is quite expensive , will it be worst to can archeitect to access before decide to spend money to rebuilt?
