    you can renovate the rest of the house first since HIP will only affect the bathroom. the earlier you renovate your home, the sooner you can realise and go back to your dream home every day :)
    if the bathrooms are still in good condition, you can save the money up and wait for HIP to renovate it at subsidised cost.
