    Right from the start, my ID knows that we are doing a vinyl overlay for my recess area and not changing the gate. Now he’s telling me that the recess area will have 2 different patterns as they can’t remove the original tiles under the gate since I’m not changing it. He claimed that he doesn’t know about this until today! When reno is already underway! Is this acceptable???!!?
