  1. I’m an writing in for a refund of the bedframe which I bought from Novaat invoice 172390. I received the bedframe about 23 oct to our house and started to do my unpacking today (3 nov). I saw a lot of bugs coming from the bedframe and it infested my pillows, cupboard and ceiling which I’m still clearing. When your workers came to dismantle the bedframe, they too saw the bugs and killed them as well. I’m utterly disappointed by this purchase from Nova which I thought that Nova can be trusted. Eventually, I need to call pest control to come to my place and clear it but Nova refused to compensate and likes to delay without responding promptly to this matter. Basically, I am the one who keeps pushing them for a response and they just sit on the matter. During sales, they are very nice and accommodating, but after which, they seemed to withdraw their responsibilities. I do not recommend in buying any items from them.
