  1. Hello guys! I had just renovated and shifted into our new resale flat (old type of HDB) with no air con ledge. One night, our neighbour came up and told us that our air con has been dripping water since 2 months ago (which is the time that we moved in). And told us to rectify the dripping with our contractor. After contacting our air con contractor, they said that it is normal for water to be leaking due to condensation of the hot air (around the air con) and cold air (the air con coldness air). They said all air con will condense and leak. But I told them the unit above us is not leaking and they said, oh, it is just nice not leaking directly onto your unit. Is this normal? They sugguested that they will tap with the bottom "holes" so that it will not leak below, or to install a tray (which is now illegal according to HDB rules) and it cost $250. Attached photo for your reference!
