Hi all, It had been a long time that i logged in to post on Tau thread....... Same as Zc, we had moved in since Oct 2008, even till now when we had any problem, we will jus give Kelvin a call and he will response back to us. While doing spring cleaning for CNY, my wife had broken the balcony window lever. We smsed Kelvin and he replied back and said will arranged for his guys to come down ... That is the after sales services that we liked abt Tau even tot we had completed and moved in for so long. It could be really 'heng' for those who had encountered the bad carpentary works and delay of HO from Tau... As for us who supported Tau, we dun have any issued when we are doing our reno last time. Had feedback to Kelvin on the recent negative comments and feedback from the forum and he had also agreed that his carpentary subcon is really not as good as before and they are looking into this. So let hope things will get better after the CNY. It is going to be a brand new year thus let us jus forget all the unhappiness and welcome the new year wif a open heart.... If u still have any queries on their workmanship, u can ask him to bring us to our hse as we did a major whole hse reno wif them. Viewing the actual flat will be better for him to give u a more accurate quote based on the actual measuring for the items that u wan them to quote for u.

Hi coffee, We did our whole hse reno wif Tau last yr. . For us we went to get a few quotations from others contractor and compared befroe we choose Tau. Tau might not be the cheapest among the rest but then we slected them as we like their sincere and responsible attitude. We actually talk to them and tell them wat we wan and also our budget and they will tried their best to give u the best quote. So my advise is best to discuss wif Tau and tell them know wat u have in mind and your budget and they will tried to work out the budget for u.... he will also advise u if the design and theme is workable for u and fit into ur budget.

Hi Bro Zc and Carebnet, How u guys gettin on? Hope everyone is getting on all well. Any upcoming plan fr the coming Hari Raya ?? It had been quite a while that i had actually log in and posted.... Haha

Their electrical guys are proactive and experienced cos they would advise on how the wiring shld go and points to be fix when we were doing our whole hse rewiring. Jus to share our recent woes, jus recently we had to repurchased our 5 lightings due to our faulty lightings that we bought from another shop. Kelvin even recommeded us to his usual lighting shop to make our purchases and arranged his electrican to come over and fix for us without any delays. The electrical guy even share wif us his experiences on the lightings that we had bought previously and wat we shld take note while selecting lights for our house. Therefore to us we find that it is worth the price... Even tot our completion was done since last yr Sept .... Kelvin and his electrical guys are still providing us good services. Jus our 2 cents worth !! Decision is still your .
