    For my house, we had to shift an incoming cable (running through my property) which is currently shared between my neighbour and my house and SP verbally mentioned there would be a cost to it. later on they did the shift for me FOC.

    Ya, they shift because of feng shui purpose.

    If you are renting a place before the house, i suggest that you do some homework first. My uncle's house at Jalan Melor suppose to start construction like end 2017 but dragged till Oct 2019 then start work. Initially was an A&A then follow by Reconstruction but his builder found out that there is no column in the house hence delay... end up became a  New Erection. Heard him saying that initially  don't need piling for A&A but ended up with piling for Reconstruction cause adding 1 more attic. Lucky his builder is quite fast with structure works, they complete the works in Dec and now starting architecture work.

    If its bad, what is the remedy if the bedroom door faces partial open concept kitchen? Best is you can cover up the kitchen since kitchen is a wealth area, open concept tense to make one have higher expenses. Else shift the electric appliances out of sight from your bedroom if still not possible hang faceted crystal ball on the top of your door

    If its bad, what is the remedy if the bedroom door faces partial common toilet? Hang door curtain to longer than knee length on the toilet door and ensure door is close at all times

    Is it bad fs if the master bedroom door is open to the left? No. 

    If its bad, what is the remedy if the master bedroom door is open to the left?

    Is it bad fs if the master bedroom door is near to the master bedroom Toilet door? not facing  then should be alright

    Is it bad fs if the master bedroom door opens rested on the wall of two toilets? Dont quite understand the question, but the door rest on where is no issue

    Is it bad fs if the air con is installed above the master bedroom Toilet door? No, as long as not above sofa, normal room door, kitchen door, main door or bed

    Is it bad fs if the electronic appliances (small fridge) faces the bed head though a mounted small ledge in beteern the bed and the electronic appliances? when you sleep, do you face the small fridge? when sleeping facing electronic appliances might affect sleep quality

    If its bad, what is the remedy if electronic appliances (small fridge) faces the bed head? shift the fridge if you feel that it affect your sleep quality
