i am in urgent need of advice on the following.
i have an existing casement aircon installed on my window(Sanyo) for 10 years however it broke down recently. As the only available window aircon now in the market is Europace.
However today when my aircon installation guy tried but the casement window is too small. They had suggested that 1 casement window has to be removed for installation to be done.
I have put this on hold and seeking HDB advice but have to wait for a officer to respond which may take time. May I know if anyone has face similar experience and what is the process that you had undergone to get this done. Also is it illegal to have 1 window missing from a standard 2 casement window.
