at last, my renovation work is 99.9% done, left 0.1% minor touch,
Some relative come and commented the work is well done and price competitive, only negative comment is i never do enough, so they advise me to hang more poster or picture
anyway, hapi with the work and money paid, cheers, will upload my photos if got time.

Thx for all the replies.. Just sort of disappointed as he made us wait for weeks and finally.. Yep definitely and is in search of my salmon fish!
he is really busy now, but, the good point of him is that he will not neglect any of his job, we got things to rectify, he appear promptly to settle them (imagine him carrying out almost 50 pieces of floor/wall tiles from my storeroom to outside the main door
, as we just highlighted to him that we don need them now 
)maybe due to the surge in his "reputation" recently, so, he had too much jobs on hand. its better that he rejected your job now, rather than unable to fulfilled after signing the contract.

As one of it is spoiled and need replacement. contact my contractor (mine done 1.5yrs ago) and he is not replying,
