  1. Hi, my BTO 4 room flat will be ready in Q4 2022 (due to covid delays) but it is based on the PPVC construction method which comes with OCS (tiles, doors, toilet fittings). Attached the layout in the image below. It is a bit too early to request for quotations from the IDs/Contractors, as the recommended period is 3-6 months before completion. Hence, would like to ask the gurus here if there are any special things to take into consideration for a PPVC project? My rough idea currently is: 1) Aircon trunking in all 4 rooms (3 bedrooms, 1 living room) 2) Carpentry for bathroom (cabinet/vanity mirror/partition between bath area and toilet bowl), bedroom wardrobe, dining table and chairs, shoe rack, kitchen table top (granite/quartz) with Blum system. 3) Lighting, mood setters depending on ambience, e.g. adjustable brightness/colour, spot lights in living room/kitchen, perhaps ceiling fans with light 4) Thematic experience, hotel bedroom, home theatre living room, study/WFH room with workstation setup, kitchen induction stove/microwave/air fryer for convenient meals 5) Curtains, block out vs room darkening Would be great if anyone can share their thoughts on how to go about piecing all these together? Have been reading up blogs, suggested themes on Pinterest, TikTok renovation snippets, YouTube journeys, creating budgeting spreadsheets on mattress options and whatnot, but it seems still a distance away haha
